WHAT DO OLD ANKLE SPRAINS HAVE TO DO WITH FALLEN ARCHES?

The ODDS are in favor that you have suffered an Ankle Sprain sometime in your life.

The most common ankle sprain is an inversion sprain where you "roll" your foot under your leg with your toes pointing inward as your body continues to propel in a forward motion.

But...Did you know this seemingly self-limiting injury that most people just treat with rest, ice, and ibuprofen, can lead to foot, ankle, shin, knee, hip, and low back problems later in life?

Consider any foot, knee, hip, or low back pains that you have right now or have struggled with in the past.  Now, think back...Have you ever "rolled" your ankle on the same side?  Even 5-20 years ago?

Now...take a look at an old pair of shoes that you have.  If you have excessive outside heel wear on your shoes, you are an over-pronator and you have a fallen arch on that foot.

Fallen arches can lead to shin splints, knee pains, low back pains, hip pains, plantar fasciitis and other biomechanics problems, including bunions and metatarsalgia.  All of these problems, if stemming from the fallen arches, CAN BE HELPED with specific chiropractic adjustments to the bones of the foot!

Most chiropractic patients don't even know the bones of the foot can be adjusted let alone how AWESOME they would feel immediately afterwards.
