I have always wanted a career where I could feel like I’m making a difference. I joined chiropractic orthopedics in December 2017 with those exact intentions. Needless to say that I made the right choice! Dr. Sperbeck and his wife are wonderful people to work for. I love coming to work every day and helping out patients! Dr. Sperbeck specializes in creating an environment where people know they are getting personalized and exceptional care.

Chiropractic has been an important part of Cynthia's life for over 26 years. Throughout that time, she has witnessed firsthand the remarkable transformations that consistent, quality care can bring. One of her greatest joys is seeing patients regain their health, restore their confidence, and experience positive changes that impact their daily lives.

As Office Manager and Billing Administrator, Cynthia is dedicated to making each patient's experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. She understands that navigating healthcare and insurance can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she works diligently to ensure patients feel supported every step of the way.

Outside the office, Cynthia lives the values she encourages in others. She enjoys an active lifestyle and believes life is too short to dwell on the negative. Faith and family are central to her life, and sports are a daily part of her household's routine. Maintaining good health is not just a professional passion- it's a personal priority for her and her family.
